Wave-Form Spring Head
The Aston Spirit features Aston Microphones' signature wave-form spring head, providing unparalleled protection for the microphone's capsule. The shock-resistant design prevents damage from heavy knocks and allows the head to return to its original position. The wave-form also provides off-axis rejection, eliminating unwanted background noise from your recordings.

Built-In Pop Filter
Aston's exclusive mesh-knit pop filter is built into the wave-form head. The filter eliminates unwanted plosives and shields against electromagnetic radiation, making it an ideal tool for sensitive electronic applications. The filter is encapsulated in a single piece, stainless steel mesh cage which is easily removed and washed.

Direct-to-Stand Mounting
The custom-moulded end caps and integrated XLR and universal stand thread adaptor make mounting the microphone directly to a stand incredibly easy. The internal shock absorption system ensures low handling noise and easy repair and maintenance.

PCB
The Aston Spirit's PCB features a balanced mix of integrated and discrete electronic circuitry, resulting in a smooth and clear audio output.
