ReAX Option Board for AV over IP and HDBaseT the IPE-ReAX-1 is an option card designed to plug into the VLX, IPX, and HT Series product giving complete IP control built on the ReAX operating system. This Linux based OS has been engineering from the ground up to provide a robust and flexible control system platform, based on Aurora’s years of experience in the control industry. As with all Aurora control systems, the IPE-ReAX-1 is a web-based control system. Custom programming and GUIs created with our free ReAX Core Studio software get loaded in to the built-in web server, allowing virtually any device with a web browser to display the GUI and control the system. Examples include PC browsers, dedicated touch panels like the Aurora RXT series tablets, smart phones and more. The flexible architecture allows the IPE-ReAX-1 to be used as a full standalone controller, an expansion controller, or a hybrid of the 2. With just one card it can automate through the network and make the ports on each AV over IP unit or HDBaseT unit part of its own giving it nearly unlimited expandability. Multiple cards allow for segment the control or acting as redundant controller. The IPE-ReAX-1 eliminates external control system hardware, simplifies the system, and lowers the overall cost.
