Thank you for shopping at AVLgear. We hope you are happy with your purchase. Our desire is that you are 100% satisfied with the purchase and service provided by our award winning AVLgear team. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all materials, items, original tags and labels attached, and in its original packaging.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email our RMA department at rma@avlgear.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and RMA Number, and ship your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend you to send the returning package via insured ground service with a tracking number. The buyer is responsible for all return costs. AVLgear will not be held responsible for lost, missing or damaged packages in route to us. Please contact your courier service for further details on your options.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Special Order Items
  • Customized Items
  • Items over $1,000 cannot be returned unless they are brand new

Please Note

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
  • AVLgear reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.
  • Earphones, in-ear monitors, microphones and other specified personal gears needing sanitation will incur a $10 sanitation fee.
  • Shipping services and handling charges will be deducted from your refund.
  • Items with promotion and/or free shipping will be deducted of the amount or promotion and/or shipping service fee from your refund.
