Our Story
Immigrating from South Korea in 1984, David Yang (CEO) was the first in Los Angeles to introduce a booming industry to the Southern California Korean Community with Pro Audio, Video, Lighting, system integration and Korean American Christian culture.
With his entrepreneurial mindset, David has started Laservision World, which easily developed into the number 1 event production and house of worship design/installation provider in the Southern California Korean Community.
Understanding the flow of trend, David has created AVLGEAR very early on knowing that the online shopping industry would prevail and has become a leader in sales for countless manufacturers!

What We Do
Since 1991, AVLGEAR along with parent company Laservision World has been serving the local Southern California Community with media systems design & integration, live production services, recording studio access, mixing & mastering, a professional storefront, and an online platform for our customers. AVLGEAR now provides access to pro audio, video, and lighting products to customers nationwide and internationally. AVLGEAR also offers consultations, system design + integration, and event production services through its parent company, Laservision World.
