Competitor Requirements:
- The competitor must be a legitimate ecommerce business with well-established online presence. We reserve the right to exclude auction sites, daily deal sites, and other non-standard retailers.
- The competitor's price must be the advertised price, excluding any special offers, rebates, or coupons.
- The competitor's website must clearly display the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) for the product.
How to Request a Price Match:

- Provide a link to the competitor's website clearly displaying the lower price and MAP indication.
- Our customer service team will verify the information and respond that same day or latest the following business day.
Price Match Approval:
- If your request meets all the above criteria, we will be happy to match the competitor's price.
- The price match will be applied to the total price of the product, including the cost of standard shipping.
- Price adjustments will be made in the form of a refund for the difference or the listed price may be updated.
General Exclusions:
- We reserve the right to limit quantities of price-matched products.
- We will not match pricing errors or clearance sales offered by competitors.
- This policy may be modified at any time without prior notice.
- Price Match will not be considered after the purchase. You must notify us before your purchase.
